Based in Newport Beach, California, Voit Real Estate Capital Investment is an affiliate of Voit Real Estate Services, which owns and operates a diverse portfolio of office, industrial and business park properties within the Western regions of the U.S.

Voit Real Estate Capital Investment is represented by experienced acquisitions and due diligence team that responds quickly and decisively to investment offers. Robert D. Voit, Voit’s Founder CEO, and Brian K. Malliet, Voit’s Managing Partner, will utilize Voit’s “in house” team with experience and focused management strategies critical to success of each asset. Mr. Voit and Mr. Malliet each have complementary skill-sets and experience in real estate underwriting, financial analysis, acquisition, asset/property management, development, construction, investment, operations and brokerage.

Voit and Malliet are supported by an experienced team of asset & property managers, financial analysts, and operational staff including Art Smith who is integral in the acquisitions and operational process.
